Ticket Pickup Disclaimer
Please note that Congress passes/tickets will NOT be mailed. Each online order will be added to our database. Each attendee must pick up their own pass/ticket at the registration booth at the Hotel the weekend of the event. Bring your receipt and a piece of photo ID. Passes are in the form of a wristband and must be worn at all times. If you remove your wristband, you will need to purchase another congress pass/wristband. No exceptions.

 (1) Full Event Pass includes all workshops and pool parties and evenings on Thursday,Friday , Saturday and Sunday, afternoon performances, evening shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the dance until 4AM. (10AM TO 4AM)
(2) Evening Only Pass includes all 4 nights. Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday starting at 7:00PM.  Make sure to take advantage of the Discounted Evening Passes.

Single evening Tickets can only be purchase at the door, the day of the event after 7pm.  Doors open at 7pm for Single evening tickets.  We will reserve a limited amount of tickets to be sold at the door.  Make sure to take advantage of the Discounted Evening Passes. Purchase early and save up to $35.00!

Cancellation policy
EACH change will cost you $25.00, plus the difference in price if there is any. IE: (changing names, changing dates, etc.)
Cancellations by MAY 24TH, 2017 will be subject to a $50.00 fee.
Cancellations by JUNE 24TH, 2017 will be subject to a $75.00 fee.

No cancellations or refunds after June 24, 2017 
No changes or online registration will be accepted after 11:59PM  PST on June 24, 2017

There will be a $10.00 fee for phone orders. 

Dance team policy
From May 1, 2017 until June 14, 2017 any changes will be subject to a $25.00 or a Cancellations.

After June 15, 2017 to June 24th, 2017 any changes will be subject to a fee of $50. 

No Cancellations, After June 24th, 2017.

Any Type of Change at event will be subject to $20.00 per incident.
