After 8 years of constant development the Salsafestival Switzerland is now the Salsa top event in Europe and one of the biggest Salsa congresses worldwide.
The spectacular program of the Salsafestival is legendary. Not seldom, on our stage you see internationally known show groups exclusively in full casts. Every year we organize a great live concert with big names like Alfredo de la Fé, Mamborama, Mercado Negro, Sonora Carruseles, The New Swing Sextet, Cheo Feliciano, etc. Our Workshop program includes more than 60 lessons, all held in big halls in the Kongresshaus itself with international and national top instructors. All this fits exactly under the big roof of the Kongresshaus Zürich right at the beautiful lake Zurich.
The Salsafestival Switzerland will take you to another world. Salsa will change your life!

Friday, 26th february 2010 / Kongresshaus Zurich
| 20.00h: | Start Registrations in the entrance hall of the Kongresshaus Zurich at the street Claridenstrasse. |
| 21.00h: | Door opening to the evening party on 5 Dancefloors with enough space for the biggest Salsaparty in Europe. Salsa, Timba and new additionally Reggaeton-, Latin Party and Brasil-Floor. |
| 22.30h: | Salsa-Shows on highest international level. |
| 24.00h: | Live-Concert with Choco Orta, Herman Olivera y La Orquesta del Solar and special guest Ricky Gonzalez! |
| 03.00h: | End of the party. Beginning inhouse Afterparty on 2 Dance floors. |
Saturday, 27th february 2010 / Kongresshaus Zurich
| 10.30h: | Doop opening Workshops. Registrations. |
| 11.00h: | Choice of over 30 excellent Workshops in 6 different rooms in the Kongresshaus. Free entry to public to our Mercado Latino. |
| 13.15h: | Lunch break till 14.45h |
| 13.30h: | Stargate-Shows. The best Show with the biggest applause gets the possibility to dance on saturday night. |
| 18.15h: | End of the Workshops. |
| 20.00h: | Start Crash-course for very beginners. |
| 20.00h: | Cash desk opening in the entrance hall of the Kongresshaus Zurich at the street Claridenstrasse. |
| 21.00h: | Door opening to the stunning Gala-Night in the Kongresshaus. Party on 5 Dancefloors with enough space for the biggest Salsaparty in Europe. Salsa, Timba and new additionally Reggaeton- and Brasil-Floors. Dresscode: "Dress to impress!" |
| 22.30h: | 1st set of Salsa-Shows on highest international level. |
| 24.00h: | 2nd set of Salsa-Shows on highest international level. |
| 04.00h: | End of the party. Beginning inhouse Afterparty on 2 Dance floors. |
